T-Mobile USA CEO introduces merger plan with Metro PCS

So, T-Metro PCS may actually happen, as rumor had it.  Here is T-Mobile's CEO with more details about the merger, including some details of their corporate restructuring plans.

How will the merger affect service and coverage in both T-Mobile and Metro PCS markets?  What impact will this have on employees of both companies?  Finally?  How will this merger work in terms of phone and service selection?  Well, for the time being, Metro PCS and T-Mobile USA will continue to operate until the announcement of the expected approval of the merger, sometime during the first quarter of next year.
