Does UNcarrier 3.0 involve the acquisition of Sprint?

When referencing to the possibility of there being room for a Larger #3 merger, could T-Mobile's CFO, Braxton Carter have been hinting at a T-Mobile/Sprint Merger?  that would certainly solidify its LTE presence.  Sprint's customers would be sympathetic to a T-Mobile since most of its customers are price sensitive, value oriented, and data hungry.  This would make room for a new #4 competitor in the value market.... Hmmmm... AT&T's Aio Wireless?....

The scenario is looking pretty promising.  Is that part of Phase 3 of Magenta's UNcarrier campaign... superfast growth through an acquisition of Competitor #3?

If you take notice, T-Mobile has been after AT&T and Verizon quite agressively while not being over-critical of Sprint, yet hinting that Sprint has got part of the formula right.  Not bashing Sprint, acknowledging that they have a better strategy than the duopoly, AT&T and Verizon. Is this the message T-Mobile tried to disguise when addressing their investors and those interested in investing in the sector? What are your thoughts?
