Fix the LTE Broadcast on Periscope

If you have been using Periscope for a while on iOS and just updated to Perisoco's newest version, you'll notice that you can no longer broadcast over LTE.  If some of you have been noticing that, there is actually a fix for that.

Here is the fix:

All you have to do is download a VPN app. Make sure that the VPN app that you are using is a fast, quality VPN.  You may have to pay for speed... VPN is a good idea anyways as it hides your web address.... That is all you have to do to be able to broadcast via LTE.

BetterNet was too slow, and is not meant for Periscope.  Express VPN seems to work best for Periscope.
